The Document Library contains current and historical documents, minutes, reports, policies, and other records of Pacific Yearly Meeting.
Take a look around — you may find something useful, interesting, or unexpected. Browse the folders by subject or committee, or use the search box to look for a word or phrase. If you are inside a folder, the search may only look inside that same folder. To search the whole library again, click Document Library at the top of the file list, then enter your search.
The buttons on right (beside the search icon) change how the files are displayed or sorted. Feel free to try them — they only change your own view of the library and will not affect what anyone else sees.
Some things you can explore in the Document Library include:
Archive of Pacific Yearly Meeting Minutes — Official minutes of Pacific Yearly Meeting business sessions dating back to 1947. These include Annual Session plenaries and meetings of the Interim, Executive and Representative Committees. Minute packets may also include committee reports and other attachments submitted for those meetings.
Epistles — Collection of epistles from Pacific Yearly Meeting Annual Sessions. For epistles from other Yearly Meetings and Friends bodies around the world, visit the Friends World Committee for Consultation (FWCC) Epistle Collection.
Minutes of Social Concern — Find a collection of minutes approved by Monthly Meetings and the Yearly Meeting in the Social Action folder.
