It is with joy that a new Worship Group is being established under the care of Pacific Yearly Meeting. As our book of Faith and Practice describes, a Worship Group is “a gathering of persons who meet regularly for worship after the manner of Friends and who desire to be identified with the principles and practices of the Religious Society of Friends,” similar to a Monthly Meeting but without its own Meetings for Worship for Business.
While most Worship Groups meet in a physical location or hybrid format and are under the care of a nearby Monthly Meeting, this new Worship Group is online and directly under the care of Pacific Yearly Meeting. A number of Friends have voiced the need for an online Worship Group over the past several years, with many Friends geographically distant from existing Monthly Meetings and Worship Groups or experiencing other hurdles to participating in them.
All are welcome at Meeting for Worship 11am-12pm Pacific Time on Saturday mornings and 6:00-7:00pm Pacific Time on Tuesday evenings at the Zoom meeting below. There will be time for fellowship after worship.

Our Faith and Practice states, “Pacific Yearly Meeting is concerned that all who are moved to worship God after the manner of Friends may be able to do so.
