The overarching mission of FCLCA is to advocate for California state laws that are just, compassionate and respectful of the inherent worth of every person. FCLCA lobbies California legislators directly on the state budget and on bills in areas such as economic justice, immigrant rights, environmental justice and criminal justice reform, among others, working in coalition with other advocacy and faith-based organizations to pass bills that move California forward.

QEW has grown out of a strong leading among Friends that our future depends on a spiritual transformation in our relationships with each other and the natural world. For over 30 years, QEW has helped Friends integrate Earthcare into their daily lives. QEW works to inspire Spirit-led action toward ecological sustainability and environmental justice. The focus areas of QEW include: Empowering individuals to take Spirit-led action on ecological concerns and build a community of Quakers committed to Earthcare; sharing spiritual and educational resources with faith communities; connecting Friends caring for the Earth, and speaking out as a public Quaker voice about critical ecological concerns and environmental justice.

The Western Friend magazine is published by the Friends Bulletin Corporation, established jointly by Pacific, North Pacific, and Intermountain Yearly Meetings. The mission of the Friends Bulletin Corporation and Western Friend is to build practical and spiritual connections among Friends in the West by publishing the magazine six times a year; offering Friends everywhere a limited selection of content from the print magazine (and more!) on the Western Friend website and partnering with other Quaker organizations to develop workshops and programs designed to meet the specific needs of Friends in the West.

FUM is a collection of Christ-centered Quakers, embracing thirty-seven Yearly Meetings and Associations, thousands of local gatherings and hundreds of thousands of individuals. Joined together through a shared experience of God and united in common ministries, FUM forms a beloved fellowship, building a global partnership in a season of history when much of the world is being stretched and strained by cultural, political, and geographic differences. Four ministry priorities shape the ways FUMwe serve the FUM Community—Leadership and Resource Development, Evangelism, Communication, and Global Partnership.

QUNO staff work with people in the UN, multilateral organisations, government delegations, and non-governmental organisations, to achieve changes in international standards and practice. The work of QUNO is rooted in the Quaker testimonies of peace, truth, justice, equality, and simplicity. QUNO maintains houses in Geneva and New York to serve as QUNO offices and meeting places close to the UN. For nearly fifty years, Quaker Houses have provided a place where UN diplomats, staff, and nongovernmental partners can work on difficult issues in a quiet, off-the-record atmosphere out of the public eye.

Friends House Moscow works to promote peace and a just, fair and caring society, and help underprivileged groups and individuals, in Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union. The work of Friends House Moscow includes: Providing training in alternatives to violence and conflict management resolution; promoting alternatives to military service; protecting the rights of and providing services for underprivileged groups and individuals; promoting the development of a culture of voluntary social work; supporting Friends and individual seekers interested in Quaker faith and practice, and conducting Quaker outreach in the Russian language via websites, social media, and translating texts into Russian.
