Pacific Yearly Meeting (PacYM) Officers, Committee Clerks, and Meeting Representatives to PacYM are eligible to receive reimbursement for their travel to Annual Session.
Travel in California and Nevada is reimbursed at $0.33 per mile round trip atlas mileage between the home Meeting and the site where Annual Session is held (see mileage table). Round trip air travel between Mexico or Hawaii and California is reimbursed up to $600.
When a committee has Co-Clerks, only one will be reimbursed for travel to Annual Session or the Co-Clerks may choose to split the travel reimbursement.
The Treasurer will reimburse the lesser of actual expense or the mileage rate (according to the mileage table). Friends who choose to commute daily will be reimbursed for only one round trip.
