The Zoom links will be emailed to registered participants on Wednesday, July 19.
The Zoom space will be open:
Friday 6:00-10:30 pm
Saturday and Sunday 8:30 am-10:30 pm
Monday and Tuesday 7:30 am-10:30 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am-12:30 pm
Zoom Etiquette
When a program begins, be sure to mute your audio until you are called or moved to speak.
When you are speaking, be mindful of background noise.
Leave your Zoom video on if possible – everyone wants to see your face! 🙂
But, if you do have to do something requiring you to step away from your computer or move around in the background, please turn off your video.

What’s available online?
Friday
Annual Session opens with the Welcoming Plenary at 6:30pm. You are welcome to join the Zoom call any time after 6:00pm to say hello to Friends and settle into the space.
Following the Opening Plenary, various Affinity Groups will be meeting. Check the Friday edition of the Daily Miracle or ask in the Zoom lobby.
Saturday
Friends participating online are welcome to join Worship, followed by the Keynote Panel. The Zoom space will remain open over lunch for Friends to gather and catch up.
After lunch, there is Worship Sharing (more information about worship sharing groups will be shared soon).
At 3:00pm, there will be both hybrid and online only Interest Group offerings. (Descriptions will be posted when available.)
We’ll see you again in the evening for Worship Sharing and Affinity Groups at 8:30pm.
Sunday
Share your First Day Worship with over 150 Friends from across Pacfic Yearly Meeting. Then, our Plenary session will focus on the Future of our Yearly Meeting.
After lunch, there is Worship Sharing (more information about worship sharing groups will be shared soon).
Meeting for Memorials will begin at 3:00pm. Please join the call at least 15 minutes before this time to settle into the space.
There will be both hybrid and online only Interest Group offerings today. (Descriptions will be posted when available.)
End the day with Worship Sharing and Affinity Groups.
Monday
Start the day with a special online only Bible Study led by Krista Barnard (San Francisco), 7:45-9:00 am.
Then, Worship followed by Interest Groups. After lunch, the day continues with Early Quaker Writings and Worship Sharing. Later in the afternoon, there is an opportunity for Affinity Groups to meet, or take some time for yourself. Get out and discover something new.
We will address the business of our Yearly Meeting during Plenary in the evening.
Worship Sharing and Affinity Groups complete the day.
Tuesday
The day begins with part two of our special online only Bible Study.
Settle into the day with Worship and then Business Plenary. After lunch, we continue with Early Quaker Writings and Worship Sharing. Later in the afternoon, there is an opportunity for Affinity Groups to meet, or take some time for yourself. Give yourself a treat!
Come back to the Zoom space at 6:30pm for a joyful evening of community building, sharing laughs and smiles with your online Friends. Your Zoom hosts are planning something extra special.
The evening ends with the last Worship Sharing conversations.
Wednesday
On this last morning together, we will join in Worship and complete our business with Plenary and the reading of the Epistles.
